That's where you come in!Base Pay Range: $72,000 - $82,000Essential Job FunctionsBusiness Process Analysis and Process/System ExpertiseDeveloping breadth and depth of knowledge, both ERP and other systems and process, in assigned functional area(s) and product(s), which support a holistic view across broad processes and systems.With guidance, recommending and developing business process improvements for assigned area.Analyzing cross-functional impact of business and systems processes across organizations.Working with users to identify and recommend desired process modifications and enhancements.Documenting and modeling business processes and associated data, including both "as-is" current processes and "to-be" improved processes.Documenting system knowledge and test planning in support of assigned projects and initiatives.Participate in delivery of system knowledge on projects to new and existing users of new workflow processes and Information Technology system and products.Meeting regularly with customers and IT Management to discuss, prioritize and report on application enhancements.Keeping customers informed of business analysis work progress.Customer Support ServicesEngaging users in reporting the issues; timely response back to users; engaging other IT resources as needed, documenting issue resolution; analysis of patterns and trends within the requests; properly coding time spent; closing the user tickets according to the agreed timeframes.Performing root cause analysis and support appropriate IT resources to implement process and system improvements to reduce/eliminate root causes of incidentsProviding system knowledge transfer to functional super users and help desk support.Delivering support within initial response time as well as resolution time service levelsProject ManagementContinue growth and developing proficiency in agile project management principles and processes.Working alone and as part of a team to manage aspects of a project, which can include:Providing status to project stakeholders and IT Management.Issue tracking, escalation, and resolution.Updating process and system documentation to reflect changes.Documenting business requirementsWorking with associates to develop user acceptance test objectives, test plans and/or test scripts to verify and accept that business requirements have been met.Executing system tests and user acceptance tests of system changes.Work ManagementPlanning and estimating business analysis work as described above.Monitoring adherence to established business analysis standards and guidelines.Meeting project quality, schedule, and cost commitments, under pressureOther Duties as AssignedPosition RequirementsBachelor's degree required.1-3 years business analysis experience.1-3 years exposure to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systemsGood communication skills to multiple levels of the organizationOrganized / detailed orientation is required.Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, VisioFacilitation and negotiation skillsAbility to manage in a fast-paced environment.Competencies RequiredResults OrientationAgilityInitiativeInfluenceCustomer FocusLearn QuicklyRecognize ImplicationsApply KnowledgePhysical Job RequirementsContinuous viewing from and inputting data to a computer screenSitting for long periods of timeTravel as necessary (<10%)Drug PolicyDealer Tire is a drug-free environment.
