What you'll own: Processing and applying client payments across every channel: checks, ACH, wires, credit cards, and electronic payments Keeping client account records accurate and payments applied per billing terms Managing daily cash receipts and supporting deposit processing Partnering with Accounting, Billing, and Collections to run down posting issues and discrepancies Monitoring receivables and helping drive stronger collections and cash flow Playing detective on unidentified payments, handling NSF transactions, and performing reconciliations Serving as the go-to for questions on payment status, discrepancies, and refunds Job Details What you bring: 3+ years of accounts receivable or related accounting experience Sharp attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite The ability to juggle multiple priorities and hit deadlines without breaking a sweat Bonus points: Law firm or professional services experience Background in client billing and collections Why this one is worth a conversation: $70,000–$85,000 base, depending on experience, plus a competitive benefits package A collaborative, close-knit culture where people actually know each other A Finance team that's growing, which means room for you to grow with it Real investment in your success: tools, training, and teammates who have your back Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
