We’re looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join a growing data center team as an Entry-Level Data Center Technician . No prior telecom experience required — we’ll train the right attitude.

This role is ideal for candidates with backgrounds in construction, trades, military, or other physically demanding environments who want to transition into the technology space.

• Pulling and routing low‑voltage cabling throughout a large data center
• Assembling, stacking, and drilling equipment racks
• Scanning, labeling, and documenting equipment locations using a computer
• Supporting installation and infrastructure projects alongside experienced technicians
• Following safety procedures and quality standards at all times

• Experience in a physically demanding job (construction, labor, military, trades, etc.)
• Strong work ethic and a positive, team‑first attitude
• Reliable attendance and dependability — this is critical to success
• Comfort working on ladders and lifts
• Hands‑on experience with tools; electrical or military experience is a big plus
• Willingness to learn and grow within the organization

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Clarksville, TN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
