Pay Rate: $2,400.00 - $2,600.00 gross per week
Number of Positions: 1

Start Date: ~4wks to onboard from offer date for <120 day commitment
Travel: All Inclusive
Assignment Length: 3 months - 1 year commitment will accept
EMR: RPMS and VistA
Schedule: Schedules will be coordinated with each Service Unit Laboratory Supervisor. Hospitals require 24/7 coverage. Holidays and weekends included. Outpatient clinics require
coverage Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., excluding federal holidays.
Additional Details about the position
- Perform, update and/or review Quality Control, Calibrations, and Maintenance.
- Prepare patients and collect blood specimens utilizing arterial puncture, venipuncture or capillary methods.
- Prepare patients for collection of other specimen types such as urine and stool.
- Process and analyze clinical laboratory specimens using various diagnostic laboratory equipment such as analyzers, microscopes, and centrifuges.
- Review, verify and report patient results.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting
- Phlebotomy is required
- leadership/supervisory exp required
- 5-7 years of clinical lab exp required
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Two year associate’s degree in medical technology, Clinical Laboratory Science or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician by a recognized certifying body (e.g ASCP, AMT).
LICENSURE REQUIREMENT
- Any State License
