Pay Rate $30 - $46/hour (based on experience) Same Day Pay for all Employees! Benefits For Full-Time PTO 80 hours vacation + 40 hours sick time (rollover available) 6 Personal Days 7 Paid Major Holidays Double time when worked for all hourly employees CareFirst Medical Benefits Tuition Assistance RN Loan Repayment HRA Fund Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with resident care plans Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Assess, monitor, and document residents’ conditions and responses to care Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members Ensure compliance with Maryland regulations, policies, and quality standards Promote a safe, compassionate, and respectful care environment Schedule & Availability Full Time, Part-Time, and PRN Hours Evenings and Nights Every other weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday) Requirements Maryland RN license, valid and in good standing BLS certification required Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills Commitment to high‑quality, resident‑focused care Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced healthcare setting Lorien Bel Air is proud to be one of the largest combined skilled nursing and assisted living communities in Harford County.
