Our core business is in standard, next-day, ground delivery. The corporate headquarters and main sort facility is located in St. Cloud, MN. Job Summary The Customer Relations Assistant will provide administrative support in the Customer Relations department. Hours and Wages Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM $18.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience Duties and Responsibilities Respond to sales department inquiries, emails, and phone calls Support existing and new customers regarding services, quotes, etc. Assist with distributing mass mailings and sending out information packets to potential customers Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-up calls with prospective and existing customers to generate new business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and support sales growth. Update customer account information and enter new shipping accounts into system to ensure correct billing records Handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment while providing professional, courteous, and customer-focused service Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively to meet deadlines and department needs Prioritize and complete assigned tasks independently while maintaining effective communication and collaboration with team members. Perform other related duties as assigned Skills and Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent customer service Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related sales program Education and Experience At least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent required Sales and/or Marketing experience preferred Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, working on a computer, and answering the phone Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times Ability to work with all types to freight which include, but are not limited to hazardous material, perishable food and alcohol, firearms, ammunition, and live animals Benefits Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off (PTO), Employee Assistance Program, 401(k) Plan, Quarterly Bonuses, and more.
