That's why our drivers build long-lasting careers with us. \n\nBenefits you can count on: \n\n\n Pay Rate: Drivers make $78,000 to $95,000. \n Sign-on bonus: Up to $10,000 depending on experience. \n Pay Structure: Hourly, Miles, Stops, and Cases.\n Home daily. Route schedule will vary. CDL-A drivers will need to be available for overnight loads.\n Team driving.\n Day 1 Benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA and company-paid life insurance.\n Paid holidays: earn vacation time, and sick leave accrual from day one.\n 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days.\n Additional benefits: pet insurance, maternity/paternity leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition reimbursement program, and more!\n\nWhat you'll do as a CDL-A Delivery Driver: \n\n\n Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report indicating condition.\n Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off-hour delivery.\n Drive tractor-trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering vehicle on the road and on customer premises.\n Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures and exceptions.\n Unload trailer, delivering product into customer premises.\n Other duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications you'll bring as a CDL-A Teammate: \n\n\n At least 21 years of age\n Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A)\n At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience\n Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications\n This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.\n\nFit the following?
