Imperial Dade is a great place to take that next step if you're eager to find your next opportunity. The Trailer Driver/Class A Delivery Driver will be responsible for a route of daily stops. The deliveries require unloading the product via hand, pallet jack, and dolly, and delivering the merchandise to the customer-designated location. The essential aspects of this position are delivering and providing exceptional customer service. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm, or until the daily route is completed. You will: * Safely operate a 53' truck or smaller * Load and unload cargo via hand, manual pallet jack, and lift gate * Properly track and document activity log * Report any issues or incidents to dispatch * Inspect the truck before and after trips * Communicate with customers with a positive, outgoing attitude You have: * A valid commercial driver's license * Must be able to pass a DOT Medical Exam * A good driving record * 1 year of recent CDL A experience * 1 year of route delivery experience * 1 year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience * Ability to handle a physical workload (lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted) * Lift gate experience * Strong work ethic * Hazmat endorsement or be willing to obtain
