Client Care Specialist (In-Home Care)

Executive Home Care of Cary is seeking compassionate, dependable individuals to join our growing team as Client Care Specialists . If you're passionate about helping others live safely and comfortably at home, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Provide personalized in-home support tailored to each client's needs
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team
• Promote a safe, respectful, and comfortable home environment

What We're Looking For

• A caring, patient, and reliable attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Caregiving experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right person
• Ability to work independently and follow individualized care plans
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred)
• Must pass background screening

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
