About Us Félix is building the financial ecosystem for Latin immigrants in the U.S., starting with a revolution in remittances. Our core product is an AI‑powered chatbot built on WhatsApp that enables users to send money home as easily as sending a text message. We leverage AI, blockchain and stablecoins to make cross‑border payments faster, more affordable and more accessible. About The Role We are looking for a Disbursement Analyst who is obsessed with making our money transfer experience “insanely great.” The analyst will guard disbursement efficiency, working closely with Disbursements, Operations and Product Managers to ensure transactions are fast, cost‑effective and flawless. Responsibilities and Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Financial Analyst or Operations Analyst, with at least 3+ years in Fintech, Cross‑Border Payments or Remittances. 2‑3+ years of experience measuring payment rails and transaction routing KPIs, comfortable discussing success rates, cost analysis, and trade‑offs between speed and cost. Strong SQL skills; experience with BigQuery, DBT and Firestore. Proficiency in BI tools such as Omni, Tableau, PowerBI or Looker, with DBT required. A startup mindset: proactive, bias toward action, and not waiting for permission to fix problems. Excellent communication; can explain to non‑technical stakeholders the impact of a 1% drop in success rates on NPS and retention. Advanced English. Spanish or Portuguese is a plus. Nice to Have Experience with GCP ecosystem tools such as BigQuery, Vertex AI or Cloud Storage. Python data manipulation experience using Pandas/NumPy. Previous work in high‑growth fintechs or cross‑border payment companies. Curiosity about how global payment systems work.
