Director of Nursing

Opportunity Healthcare

Valeo Resources is currently partnering with a Behavioral Health Facility, and we're looking for a Director of Nursing (DON) to join the leadership team in a full-time role.

This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership, flexibility, and a background in behavioral health or psychiatric care. You'll be leading a nursing team of ~30 and helping guide a growing organization of 100+ staff.

Position: Director of Nursing (RN, BSN required)
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Schedule: Monday-Friday (FTE), On-call rotation every 12 weeks
Salary: Discussed in initial call
• Team: 30 clinical staff (RNs, LPNs, MAs) with leadership support from an existing Assistant DON
