Marketing Operations Coordinator (Hybrid) – Long-Term Temporary Milford, MA | $24.00–$28.00 per Hour

HW Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator for a long-term temporary opportunity with a leading global company in Milford, MA. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to support a collaborative marketing team while gaining valuable experience with marketing operations, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.

Schedule

• Hybrid work schedule: 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) in Milford, MA and 2 days remote
• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or a 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay

• $24.00–$28.00 per hour, based on experience

Position Summary

The Marketing Operations Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to ensure marketing programs run efficiently. This role focuses on marketing data management, customer and lead list preparation, CRM updates, reporting support, process documentation, and marketing operations coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with data, spreadsheets, and marketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cleanse, validate, and format marketing and customer lists for upload.
• Upload approved lead and customer lists into marketing automation platforms such as Marketo.
• Perform data entry, database maintenance, duplicate reviews, and quality assurance.
• Maintain spreadsheets, tracking logs, shared files, and marketing documentation.
• Track incoming marketing requests, project assignments, and deadlines.
• Assist with campaign setup using established templates and processes.
• Update process documentation, standard operating procedures, and workflow instructions.
• Support monthly reporting by updating dashboards and validating marketing data.
• Identify incomplete or inconsistent information and communicate issues to the Marketing Operations team.
• Coordinate with Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, Regional Marketing, and cross-functional teams.
• Provide administrative support for ongoing marketing initiatives and special projects.

Qualifications Required

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing administration, sales operations, data management, or a similar support role.
• Experience working with Microsoft Excel, spreadsheets, databases, CRM systems, or marketing platforms. Ideally with either Salesforce or HubSpot experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, formatting, data cleanup, and basic formulas.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Preferred

• Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience preparing and managing marketing or customer databases.
• Knowledge of B2B marketing operations and lead management.
• Experience maintaining reports, dashboards, or operational documentation.
