Responsibilities Key: Practical support in AVD: Assist safely in transfers, bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility, always protecting dignity. Domestic environment and infection control: Change bed linens, wash light clothing, and maintain a disinfected and risk-free space. Medication and symptom monitoring: Provide reminders, observe changes, and document vital signs or alert signs for the supervising nurse. Therapeutic participation: Read aloud, remind, guide range of motion exercises, or accompany short walks to improve mental and physical well-being. Precise documentation: Record care notes, progress, and concerns in our digital record system before the end of each shift.

Requirements for success: Complete a state-approved Home Health Aide program (HHA certificate). Minimum 1 year of paid experience in home care or palliative care. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to reach clients homes. CPR certification (or availability to obtain within 30 days). Clear and confident communication, and passion for relationship-centered care.

Job Summary: (CHHA required) We are seeking a Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities by improving their quality of life. Responsibilities include assistance with personal hygiene needs and dressing, help with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises, meal preparation and refrigerators, performing light household cleaning tasks, administering medications, providing companionship, and assisting with errands and shopping. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable.

Qualifications: CHHA required, previous caregiver experience preferred, CPR and first aid certification, knowledge of basic home cleaning tasks and cooking skills, ability to comply with all health and safety standards, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capacity to lift heavy objects, compassionate, respectful, ethical.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour.
