The Opportunity

The firm is interested in speaking with established Partners across several practice areas, including:

• Corporate
• Funds
• Litigation

They have built a culture around professionalism, integrity and open communication, with an emphasis on creating an environment where senior attorneys are trusted to lead their practices rather than being unnecessarily constrained by firm-wide targets.

One of the most notable aspects of the opportunity is that there is no annual billing requirement for Partners.

You have the autonomy to determine your own hours and how best to manage your practice, clients and team.

Combined with a hybrid working structure , this offers a level of flexibility that can be difficult to find at Partner level.

What Are They Looking For?

The firm is looking for an established attorney with at least 7 years of experience who has developed their own practice and client relationships.

You'll need:

• A minimum of approximately $500,000 in portable business
• Admission to the New York Bar
• A strong track record within Corporate, Funds, Real Estate or Litigation
• Experience managing sophisticated matters from inception through resolution
• Strong client relationship and business development capabilities
• Excellent communication, analytical and legal writing skills

Just as importantly, they're looking for someone who values collaboration, professional autonomy and the opportunity to play a meaningful role in the continued growth of the firm.
