Crestline Hotels and Resorts - - Responsibilities: Assist guests with check-in and check-out, answer and process all phone calls, handle special requests and information per policies; Resolve guest complaints and maintain positive guest relations; Maintain knowledge of hotel features/services, rates, promotions, and daily activity; Operate front desk duties including verifying guest registrations, processing payments, and coordinating with Bell staff and Housekeeping; Process all check-outs and handle related administrative tasks
