Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: Responsible for the greeting of customers calling in with questions on their prescriptions.Job Duties:Customer service coverage for incoming calls and directing incoming calls to appropriate staff as neededProvides resolution to customer service issues to ensure member satisfactionWork with members to provide resolution to payment related issues on accounts/ordersMaintain and keep reasonable production as determined by supervisorMay assist in orienting and training new employeesResponsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programsPerform other duties as assignedJob Skill Requirements:Strong communication skillsOutstanding customer service skillsExcellent organization skillsAbility to multitask and prioritizeGeneral computer and keyboarding skillsSuccessful completion of a pre-employment and/or random drug screening testEducational Requirements:Minimum: High School Diploma or GEDPreferred: AS Degree or Higher in Business Administration or related fieldExperience:Past experience in a customer service related field3-6 months experience in a pharmacy/healthcare related industry #J-18808-Ljbffr Priority Dispatch Corp.
