Field Performance Advisor

Duration: 12-month contract, with potential for extension or conversion to full-time, based on performance and client need.

Compensation Range: $50.00 HR - $55.00 HR W2

Field Performance Advisor (FPA) - Cleveland, OH

Role Overview (Key Highlights)

• Acts as Ericsson's field representative to drive supplier performance and operational excellence
• Focuses on continuous improvement, quality, safety, and efficiency across job sites
• Works directly with suppliers through on-site engagement, coaching, and performance feedback
• Uses data, analytics, and root-cause analysis to improve construction outcomes
• Partners cross-functionally with project teams, automation, and leadership to standardize best practices
• Plays a key role in scaling process improvements across markets nationwide
• Requires strong leadership, communication, and consultative skills in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze site performance metrics, including:
  • Cycle time
  • Close Out Packages (COP) - first-time quality
  • Job Hazard Assessment (JHA) compliance
  • Tool utilization
  • Build quality and customer requirements
• Identify performance gaps and:
  • Provide actionable feedback to suppliers and leadership
  • Partner with suppliers to implement improvements
• Conduct on-site supplier visits to:
  • Perform root-cause analysis of issues
  • Troubleshoot construction and safety concerns
  • Ensure real-time correction of discrepancies
• Plan and execute daily/weekly site visits aligned with:
  • Supplier KPIs
  • Market priorities
  • Performance improvement goals
• Support internal Ericsson teams by:
  • Assisting Senior Construction Managers and Project Managers
  • Supporting customer meetings and site access
  • Validating construction drawings and site readiness
• Drive process improvements by:
  • Designing enhancements to construction workflows
  • Partnering with automation teams to improve tools
  • Identifying scalable, cross-market solutions
• Collaborate with other FPAs nationwide to:
  • Identify systemic challenges
  • Develop standardized improvements
• Collect and report supplier performance data to:
  • Support business cases
  • Enable process and tool enhancements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to:
  • Foster continuous improvement
  • Encourage open, two-way feedback
• Ensure supplier adherence to:
  • Ericsson standards and processes
  • Customer-specific requirements
• Improve training, tools, and reporting systems (e.g., Site Tracker, Power BI)

• Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs):
  • Report field findings
  • Track actions and improvement plans

Qualifications & Experience

• 7+ years of relevant industry experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Technical & Industry Knowledge

• Strong understanding of construction processes and procedures

• Experience with:
  • General contractor management
  • Construction scope estimation
  • Telecom scopes (Civils, Ground, L&A, Backhaul, Maintenance)
• Knowledge of Ericsson and customer construction standards

• Familiarity with contracts:
  • Leasing
  • Vendor-facing
  • Customer-facing
• Financial acumen related to project execution

Skills & Expertise

• Ability to provide design guidance and sequencing recommendations

Safety & Compliance
