Department Information The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) offers ABET-accredited Bachelor’s degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering, a Master's in ECE, and a Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Engineering. Responsibilities Teach undergraduate courses in Electrical and Computer Engineering Provide service to the Department/College/University and professional community Teaching assignments based on earned degrees and SACSCOC Faculty Credentials Guidelines Required Qualifications Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or a closely related discipline OR Master’s degree in a non-related discipline with 18 graduate credit hours in the teaching discipline Preferred Qualifications Prior undergraduate teaching experience in electrical engineering Evidence of innovative and/or research-supported teaching practices Prior electrical engineering industry experience Ph.D., or foreign equivalent, in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or a related discipline Required Documents to Attach CV Cover Letter Teaching philosophy and how you will advance student success at Kennesaw State University Unofficial Transcripts (Official Transcripts and Official International Course-by-Course Evaluations Due Upon Hire) Names, phone numbers, and email addresses of at least 3 references Incomplete applications will not be considered.
