Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team and company leadership.
• Prepare reports and customer correspondence.
• Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling.
• Maintain CRM and customer databases with accuracy.
• Process sales related documentation.
• Coordinate meetings and events.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Organize and maintain digital files and company records.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, customer follow-up, and lead management.
• Support office operations and collaborate with team members on special projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
• Take initiative and handle additional responsibilities as business needs evolve.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales support, administrative support, office management, or a related role.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) .
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
