INSTRUCTIONAL SYSTEMS SPECIALIST
US Marine Corps
DutiesYou will provide technical expertise in support of weapons systems/equipment to meet manpower, personnel, and training needs of Marine Corps operators and maintainers.You will advise personnel on strategy and acquisition of life-cycle manpower, personnel, and training solutions.You will design and develop proposals, methods, and procedures to complete complex design or redesign programs.You will prepare manpower, personnel, and training portion of Statements of Work and tailoring Data Item Descriptions for Contract Data Requirements Lists.You will participate in meetings, workshops, and conferences to exchange information on instructional technology development and integration.You will prepare and brief status of the program's manpower, personnel and training plan to the Competency Lead or other lead evaluators to develop program reviews or Independent Logistics Assessments.
