· Patient Ratios: 1:6 is goal. May go up to 1:7

· Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : We call for 8 nurses. US on days. 4 Techs every shift.

· Type of equipment: Typical med/surg equipment such as EKG, bladder scanner, vein finder, etc.

· Documentation system: Meditech
