Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Job Summary:
Seeking experienced Registered Nurses for Labor and Delivery units to provide high-quality patient care during high-risk pregnancies and childbirth. Candidates will support patient monitoring, assist with procedures, and ensure optimal outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient conditions and monitor fetal and maternal health using advanced fetal monitoring techniques.
• Administer medications including magnesium and insulin drips, adhering to safety protocols.
• Circulate and scrub during obstetric procedures, ensuring sterile environments and proper surgical assistance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding labor, delivery, and postpartum processes.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license with at least 1 year of high-risk OB/L&D experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with EMR systems such as CPN/Meditech.
• Maintain current certifications in NRP, ACLS, and BLS.
• Possess intermediate fetal monitoring skills and high-volume OB experience.
• Exhibit strong teamwork, adaptability, and ability to stay organized in a busy setting.
