Metro Rail Outreach Substance Use Specialist

PATH (People Assisting The Homeless) in Los Angeles is seeking a Substance Use Specialist to join the Metro Rail Outreach Team. You will conduct nightly outreach, assess clients, link them to housing and health services, and coordinate with partners.
