Responsibilities Ace Retail Operations: Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment, and inventory) are dialed in; keep the store clean, organized, and all famous styles easily shoppable. Be a Famous Culture Influencer: Embody the company values and deliver stellar customer engagement with attentiveness and determination to provide the styles and brands customers crave. Details at Preferred Qualifications & Education High School Diploma/GED Ability to build constructive and effective relationships within the store Positive communication with store associates at all levels Independent judgment and discretion in partnership with Store Sales Manager as needed Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures Ability to work effectively within a team Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours Physical Requirements and/or Environment Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height with appropriate equipment and safety techniques Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting Mobility on the sales floor for extended periods #J-18808-Ljbffr
