This role involves caring for patients during the labor and delivery process. The RN will monitor patient health and provide immediate newborn care. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The unit works with 16 beds and has a staff of 120. Patient ratios are 1:1 or 1:2. Equipment used includes Baxter Pumps and Phillips electronic fetal monitoring systems. Familiarity with EMR systems is required. Candidates should be outgoing, friendly, and adaptable.
