Now Hiring: Full-Time RN Night Charge Nurse Schedule: 3/4 Rotation | 12-Hour Night Shifts | Every Other Weekend

Qualifications

What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care to patients within the correctional setting
• Serve as a clinical resource and leader for the night shift team
• Assess patient conditions, monitor progress, and document care accurately
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with provider orders and nursing standards
• Respond to medical emergencies and assist with critical clinical decisions
• Collaborate with providers and healthcare staff to ensure continuity of care
