Registered Dental Hygienist

Compensation Competitive base rate of $50‑65 per hour, negotiable based on experience. Up to $10,000 sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time hires and $5,000 for part‑time. Bi‑weekly uncapped production bonus opportunities and monthly bonuses based on office performance. Responsibilities Deliver direct dental care and associated services to patients under a dentist’s general supervision. Provide compassionate care to every patient. Perform scaling and prophylaxis, take and process x‑rays, and apply sealants and fluoride as directed by a dentist. Offer same‑day care opportunities when appropriate. Educate patients and parents in oral‑hygiene instruction. Assess dental conditions, review medical history, and adhere to all government regulations and company standards. Guide parents and patients through the entire treatment process. Assist with dental and periodontal charting when necessary. Take x‑rays and save them into patient charts when needed. Provide memorable patient experiences through compassion and professionalism. Qualifications Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing. CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment required upon hire. We value teamwork, mutual respect, and cooperation.
