Tenacity Solutions is a fast-growing sales and marketing firm based in Sacramento, CA. We specialize in delivering powerful in-person customer experiences that drive results for industry-leading brands. As we continue to expand, we're looking for driven, people-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service & Sales Representatives .
About the Role
As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of the brands we represent. You'll engage directly with customers, provide tailored product recommendations, and help drive sales—all while delivering top-tier service. If you're energetic, goal-driven, and love working with people, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Present product solutions based on customer needs and preferences
- Deliver exceptional service while meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Build rapport and long-term customer relationships
- Stay informed on current promotions, product updates, and industry trends
