Job Description:JOB SUMMARY:As the Product Manager, IT Digital & eCommerce, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of digital products from conception to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and DevOps to ensure the successful delivery of products that meet customer needs and business objectives. This role focuses on delivering end-to-end digital experiences leveraging Acquia DXP (Drupal), Adobe Commerce (Magento), and integrated digital ecosystem components.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Product Strategy and Vision:Help in defining product vision and strategy with business delivery partnersDevelop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goalsBusiness Analysis:Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify voice of the customer, opportunities, and threatsGather and analyze business requirements to inform product development teamProject Management:Plan, execute, and oversee product development projectsManage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within scopeStakeholder Management:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment with business objectivesCommunicate product/project updates and progress to stakeholdersUser Experience:Work with designers to create user-centric product designsConduct user testing and gather feedback to improve product usabilityData-Driven Decision Making:Utilize data analytics to measure product performance and make informed decisionsMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as neededAgile Methodology:Implement and manage agile processes to ensure efficient product development managementFacilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, weekly status, monthly steering committee and retrospectivesJob Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field -or- equivalent experience5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, and project managementExperience with Acquia DXP / Drupal CMS, Adobe Commerce (Magento)Experience working with global teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent project management abilitiesProficiency in agile methodologiesEffective communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work with cross-functional teamsKnowledge of data analytics and user experience designPREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:MBA or advanced degreeExperience in digital product developmentUnderstanding of APIs, integrations, and microservices architecture#LI-SC1IND123Target Market Salary Range:Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs.
