• MT or MLT certification through ASCP, AMT, or another nationally recognized accrediting body
• Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field
• Strong attention to detail with solid analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Clinical lab experience preferred, but recent grads with appropriate training are welcome
