Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

A nationally recognized law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience supporting attorneys in employment class action cases . This position is based out of the San Francisco area (hybrid) and offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 .

The role involves managing all aspects of the litigation lifecycle for class action wage and hour cases . Responsibilities include interacting with clients, coordinating hearings, depositions, and trials, drafting legal documents, filing through the CM/ECF system, and utilizing e-discovery platforms such as Relativity or Everlaw. Additionally, the position will play a key role in mentoring a strong team of junior paralegals.

Ideal candidates should be passionate about working with attorneys for successful outcomes on employment class action cases, have experience filing in a superior court , demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills, and enjoy helping team members reach their potential.
