You will support Enterprise Workplace Services on real estate transactions, leases, ground leases, acquisitions, and ATM matters, while managing outside counsel and risk for complex matters. You must have a J.D., state bar admission, and at least 5 years of experience; base pay ranges from $96,500 to $207,500 annually, with incentive opportunities and comprehensive benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
