- Master the customer situation and catering activities of the day
- Master the important guests arriving and departing on the same day
- Prepare registration form, key card, etc. before guests arrive to ensure convenient and fast check-in procedures.
- Maintain good communication with the guests so as to understand their preferences and create a memorable stay experience for the guests.
