Applicant must have a strong capacity to handle varying work tasks including hospitality for events and in-office, phone calls, providing exemplary customer service to clients and prospects, calendar management, managing simple print projects, data entry and scanning, research projects, critical thinking skills and detailed oriented. Being able to coordinate with vendors for live events taking place each week is important to the role. Compensation Starting salary range is $50-60K, plus full medical and dental benefits and a generous retirement benefit plan. All Holidays off, including your birthday! Duties & Responsibilities Clients & Team Support Executing live events from start to finish. Marketing and overseeing the response of those planning to attend an event to being live onsite at the event and then all follow up with the prospective clients after the event has concluded. Answer phones, check for and take messages, connect and field incoming calls for event responders. Confirm event reservations by phone and email each day and maintain event calendar. Listen to and understand client needs, respond in a prompt and professional fashion Marketing & Communications Support Assist in creating professional communications and event materials on behalf of leadership in Word, PowerPoint and our CRM system. Follow-up with prospects to confirm meeting details, that they received information, and to request completed questionnaires. Assist with preparation of proposals in formatting and printing. Review and proof marketing materials, letters and communication pieces. Research, input and organize prospect data in CRM system and provide executive summary of findings. #J-18808-Ljbffr
