Mercy Health Defiance Family Practice is seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our well-established and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a ready-made patient panel while providing high-quality, patient-focused care in a supportive environment.
About the Opportunity
Location: Mercy Health Defiance Family Practice, Defiance, OH
Practice Setting: Outpatient primary care
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (flexible scheduling available)
Patient Volume: Average of 22-28 patients per day
Diverse Patient Population: 25% pediatrics, 50% adults, 25% geriatrics
Call Schedule: Shared with current providers

Board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician
Passion for providing comprehensive, compassionate care
Interest in office-based procedures (e.g., biopsies, joint injections, skin lesion removal, I&D, pap smears)
