- 2 Years of CT Experience - [Required] - Valid Hard Copy of ARRT (CT) Certification - [Required] - Phillips Experience - [Required] - A skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties is required. - Michigan license verification is required for nurses. (LARA and Nursys; explanation required if there is a license hit) - Certifications: BLS, ARRT
