Pediatrics Opportunity Near Lake Charles, LA

Join an established non-profit pediatrics practice in Southwest Louisiana. Modern clinic located right across the street from a 49-bed community hospital and Level II Nursery.

• Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (includes occasional rotations at a new satellite clinic).
• Patient Volume: Starts at ~15 patients/day (ramp-up to 20-25).
• Outpatient Focus: Care for ages 0-17 alongside 1 MD and 1 CPNP-PC. No mandatory inpatient duties.
• Light Call: 10 days/month (only 1 weekend/month). Newborn rounds integrated into clinic hours; high-risk deliveries are transferred.

• Base Salary: 335,000
• Earning Potential: Up to 445,000 (90th percentile) via wRVU production + ACO Shared Savings opportunities.
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to 20,000
• Relocation: Up to 15,000

• PTO: 28 Days (20 vacation + 8 holidays) - front-loaded day one .
• CME: 5 days + 3,000 stipend annually.
• Retirement: 403(b), 401(k), and 457 Top-Hat Plan.
