• License/Certs: NM RN license or Compact license, BLS, ACLS, TNCC (current)
• Experience: Prior critical care experience preferred

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill adult patients during night shifts
• Obtain and document initial assessments, developing individualized care plans
• Re-assess patients regularly to monitor progress and adjust care as needed
• Perform Point of Care testing and other procedures within your scope of practice
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver safe, effective patient care
• Educate patients and families about health status and treatment plans
• Document interventions accurately and in a timely manner
• Support unit initiatives for quality improvement and staff development

What You Need:

Required:

• Valid New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
• BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications (current)
• Proven experience in critical care nursing
• Strong communication and clinical judgment skills

Preferred:

• Prior experience in intensive care units or high-acuity settings
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments
