We’re looking for someone eager to grow, take ownership, and build a strong team in a supportive, fast-paced environment. This is a development-focused leadership role for someone who already understands restaurant operations and leadership and is ready for the next step.

Responsibilities

Assist in daily restaurantoperations to ensure smooth and efficient service
Support the General Manager in team leadership and staff development
Maintain high standards of food quality and ensure excellent guest service
Help manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
Learn all aspects of running a profitable restaurant

Qualifications

Assistant Manager or Shift Leader restaurantexperience required
Positive attitude and strong workethic
Ability to lead a team andcommunicate effectively
Desire to grow into a GeneralManager role
Open availability including weekends and some evenings

Firehouse Subs is a U.S.-based, fast casual restaurant chain founded in 1994 in Jacksonville, Florida by former firefighter brothers Chris Sorensen and Robin Sorensen. Firehouse Subs has opened over 1,180 restaurants in 46 states as well as Puerto Rico, Canada and non-traditional locations.
