RICHBFIT IS HIRING Brand Ambassador • Fitness Content Creator • Sales Representative Location: Georgia / Hybrid + Online Compensation: Guaranteed Pay + Commission + Performance Bonuses Growth Opportunity: Potential to develop into a larger leadership role as RichBFit grows Become the Face of a Growing Fitness Brand RichBFit is a body-recomposition and wellness brand focused on helping people achieve results they can actually see and feel through intelligent training, nutrition, recovery, and sustainable lifestyle changes. We're looking for an energetic, confident and motivated Brand Ambassador who can help introduce RichBFit to new clients, promote our apparel and programs, create fitness content, and turn conversations into customers. This is not just a modeling or social-media position. We're looking for someone who can represent the brand AND help grow the business. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Represent RichBFit online and in the community - Demonstrate exercises, workouts and fitness routines on video - Create short-form content for Instagram, TikTok and other platforms - Wear and promote RichBFit apparel - Introduce potential clients to RichBFit coaching programs - Generate leads and schedule consultations - Follow up with interested prospects - Attend selected fitness, community and promotional events - Use your personal RichBFit referral link/QR code to generate trackable sales - Help build an active RichBFit fitness community WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR You don't need a huge social-media following. We're more interested in someone who is: - Comfortable speaking to people - Confident on camera - Fitness-oriented and presents themselves professionally - Motivated by sales and performance - Personable and energetic - Reliable and consistent - Coachable - Comfortable approaching new people - Able to communicate without sounding overly scripted or pushy - Interested in growing with a young fitness brand Personal trainers, fitness instructors, athletes, fitness creators and people with previous sales experience are strongly encouraged to apply. A personal-training certification is a plus but is not required for the brand-ambassador/sales portion of the position. Exercise instruction responsibilities will depend on qualifications. COMPENSATION This position is designed to reward performance. Compensation may include: Guaranteed Ambassador Pay Paid compensation for agreed-upon content, appearances, demonstrations and promotional responsibilities. Apparel Commission Earn commission on qualifying RichBFit apparel sales generated through your personal referral link or promotional code. New Client Bonuses Earn additional compensation for qualified coaching clients you bring into RichBFit. Performance Bonuses Hit monthly sales and client-acquisition goals and earn additional bonuses. THE MORE YOU HELP THE BRAND GROW, THE MORE YOU CAN EARN. This opportunity is intended to grow with the right person. A successful ambassador may have the opportunity to take on expanded responsibilities in sales, content creation, community development and brand management. AUDITION Selected applicants may be asked to complete a short audition: 1. Create a 45–60 second sample fitness video demonstrating a beginner-friendly exercise. 2. Briefly explain why someone should consider RichBFit body-recomposition coaching. 3. Finish with a natural call to action inviting the viewer to learn more. We're looking at personality, communication, professionalism, sales ability and how naturally you represent the brand — not expensive video production.
