Financial Analyst

How You’ll Make An Impact Monitor financial performance of the business unit including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow. Provide timely, concise, and actionable financial information to business leaders and management. Lead development of the region’s annual operating plans and forecasts. Support new product costing and volume analysis to assess profitability and value proposition. Partner with manufacturing, sales, and marketing to analyze costs, set pricing strategies, and optimize margins. Analyze budget and forecast performance to support data‑driven decisions. Support development of strategic plans and financial trajectory. Support monthly business reviews, financial reporting, and closing activities. Manage rebate agreements and commission and accrual processes. Support internal controls and financial system integrity. Assist with global initiatives and ad hoc finance projects. Required Qualifications That Enable Your Success Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution. Minimum of 5 years of financial experience. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of financial principles and accounting. Advanced financial modeling and Microsoft Office Suite skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Well‑organized with ability to manage multiple priorities. Self‑starter with proactive mindset and results orientation. Continuous improvement mindset to enhance processes and outcomes. Preferred Qualifications That Drive You Forward MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification. Experience with SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Copilot. Your Work Environment Standing, walking, or operating equipment for extended periods. Working in a lab or manufacturing setting with appropriate PPE provided. Use of computers and digital tools in an office or hybrid environment. Occasional lifting or movement of materials. Adherence to rigorous safety protocols and ergonomic standards.
