A leading legal recruiting firm seeks a Senior Tax Associate to advise technology and life sciences companies on a range of tax matters. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of law firm tax experience and a strong grasp of transactional tax, including M&A and financing. Compensation ranges from $310,000 to $390,000, with additional bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
