By developing intelligent shopping experiences across digital and physical channels, the team enables efficient mission completion. What you'll do: Shape and drive product strategy across multiple related products, leveraging deep domain expertise and data-driven insights. Define and manage comprehensive product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility. Lead cross-functional collaboration to address complex customer problems and prioritize impactful solutions. Establish scalable mechanisms for gathering and interpreting customer feedback and product usage data. Guide teams in setting success metrics and validating product outcomes through rigorous analysis. Influence enterprise prioritization and strategic decisions through compelling data-backed narratives. Mentor product managers and promote best practices to elevate product management discipline. What you'll bring: Proven expertise in product strategy development and execution across multiple related products or large portfolios. Strong ability to build and manage comprehensive product roadmaps aligned with business and technical priorities. Demonstrated skill in stakeholder management, influencing cross-functional teams and senior leadership through data-driven insights. Experience leveraging advanced analytics and experimentation to inform product decisions and optimize outcomes. Deep understanding of customer needs using design thinking, journey mapping, and feedback mechanisms. Ability to lead complex product lifecycle processes, including MVP rollout and long-term evolution. Knowledge of emerging technologies, including AI, to guide strategic product direction.
