Restaurant Manager OpportunityThe Phoenix Organization runs Denny's, Taco Bell, and Burger King restaurants. We are currently hiring managers for multiple restaurants in the area! As a restaurant manager, you'll be a part of a community that thrives on service. We are hiring immediately in our fast food restaurants.Responsibilities:Managing the operations and restaurant staffDeliver high quality products in a clean, professional and safe environment.Maintain day-to-day financial controlsCreate and manage staff schedulesInterview, hire, train and write-up staffExercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility managementSet the tone for the fun, family environment in the restaurantManagement level openings range from shift managers, assistant managers, general managersQualifications:The ideal candidate should have successful previous restaurant management experience in a fast food settingStrong skills in the areas of coaching and training, customer service, organization and planning,The ability to accomplish the sales and profit goals.College degree or equivalent experience in operations: and 2 years of management operations experience in the restaurant, hospitality industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Benefits:Competitive payFull time position with benefits and 401KCareer growth opportunities, as a restaurant group with many stores we have a lot of opportunities for advancement
