Cell Therapy Order Specialist

Cell Therapy Customer Logistics Specialist (CTOS) Location: Horsham, Pennsylvania, United States. This position is part of the CAR‑T Customer Service team and is responsible for delivering a seamless, compliant end-to-end therapy experience for treatment sites and patients. As the primary point of contact, the CTOS ensures timely order execution, resolves complex issues, and proactively manages risks to support successful patient outcomes. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end process of requesting, manufacturing, and delivering CAR‑VYKTI™ therapy to assigned treatment sites. Serve as the point person for a select number of sites, fielding inquiries regarding the ordering process and associated logistics. Resolve and escape order management issues, providing expert assistance when sites cannot resolve problems via the online portal. Proactively monitor orders, advise sites of concerns or issues, and help them resolve order‑related problems. Coordinate with internal and external partners to address complex queries beyond the scope of single‑hand resolution. Monitor site performance and identify opportunities for operational improvements throughout the enrollment‑to‑infusion journey. Assist new sites with onboarding onto the ordering platform, establishing account information, and monitoring certification status. Deliver high‑touch, responsive, and empathetic service to maintain professional relationships with sites. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s degree. Minimum 3+ years of experience in the healthcare industry. Preferred experience in oncology, CAR‑T, or cell & gene therapy, supply chain or manufacturing, clinical trial coordination or site management, customer call center, finance, trade, or order management processes, or large treatment site environments. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to manage conflict and navigate complex, sensitive situations. Ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams and external partners. Skilled at navigating ambiguity, resolving complex operational issues, and demonstrating end‑to‑end case management. Proactive in driving issues to resolution and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Commitment to learning emerging technologies (e.g., AI) through exploration and application. Travel: Requires up to 10% travel to other J&J locations for business meetings.
