Facilities Manager

We’re seeking a Facilities Manager / Senior Plant Engineer to lead facility operations, site utilities, and capital projects within a regulated biotech/pharma manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Own performance and reliability of critical utilities (boilers, chillers, HVAC, power distribution, water systems, BMS)
- Lead capital projects from design through commissioning and validation
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, and regulatory standards
- Drive technical troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
- Lead and develop facility engineering teams
- Support change control, validation, and engineering documentation
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical preferred)
- 8–10+ years in plant/facility engineering within pharma, biotech, or regulated manufacturing
- Strong experience with utilities, capital projects, and GMP environments
- Proven leadership and project execution skills
This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role supporting critical operations.
