Clinical Pharmacist

The Clinical Pharmacist has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life. • PharmD Pharmacy, Or
• Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy
• Upon Hire: Texas Pharmacist Registered

Preferred Qualifications:

• Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience
• Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
