From recognizing and fostering the development of our company's talent to navigating an ever-changing business landscape, our HR team drives positive change for both the company and our team members interested in growing their careers at DISH.Skills and Qualifications:HR Foundations: 3+ years of experience across various HR functions, with required exposure to HR operations or compensation administration, and a strong understanding of compensation plans structures, job leveling, and reward workflows.Analytical Proficiency & Data Management: Strong aptitude for managing, validating, and manipulating datasets with a high degree of accuracy.
