BAS Technician

A leading provider of advanced building automation solutions is seeking an experienced BAS Technician to join their field team in the Boston area. This role supports critical infrastructure projects across data centers, life sciences, industrial manufacturing, and GMP environments. Responsibilities: Install, commission, and service BAS systems, with a focus on Tridium Niagara and Johnson Controls platforms (MetaSys, EasyIO, CCT, Facility Explorer, etc.) Program, troubleshoot, and optimize BAS for HVAC and central plant systems Perform system diagnostics, upgrades, and retrofits in high-performance environments Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and facility teams to ensure project success Requirements: Proficiency in Tridium Niagara and Johnson Controls BAS platforms Solid understanding of HVAC systems and building central plant operations Experience programming and configuring BAS is highly preferred Prior experience working in data centers, cleanrooms, or industrial/GMP facilities is a plus Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Benefits Company truck and tools provided Overtime 401(k) with company match 75% employer‑covered healthcare Vision insurance Medical insurance Paid paternity leave Location: Boston, MA #J-18808-Ljbffr Vantage Consulting
