Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
• Active SLP license in Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience in school-based settings preferred, but open to dedicated new graduates
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Proficiency with IEP planning, documentation, and the delivery of therapy sessions
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and continual professional growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
• Develop individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver group and one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing engaging, age-appropriate materials and activities
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of assessments, progress, and treatment updates
• Engage with families and staff, offering strategies for classroom and at-home support
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights for student success
• Stay current with developments and best practices within the field
